Set is a JavaScript data structure that came along with the introduction ES6 and it has since been used by a lot of JavaScript developer for manipulating saving data and conquering algorithms.

Without Set you'd always have to use array, except that array allows duplicate values and this wasn't efficient for maintaining a memory with distinct values.
